| ****Due to the fact that we take pride in being a small family business, we cannot book catering orders that are required after 5PM on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. However, we do come in before business hours for large events, and please do not hesitate to ask for special arrangements we can provide for you. |

| *****If you would like us to provide you with warming racks, and/or burners, we require a $50.00, refundable deposit. We do, however, charge $2.50 for each sterno used. During holiday and graduation time, please provide a 2-3 week notice, to ensure your order can be fufilled. |
