Here’s to the end of summer

As I drive home from work every day, I see all the kids at Jackson Middle School & Willowbrook practicing their sport of choice. Whether it be tennis, football or cheer, the determination to be the best never weighs down their smiles as I drive past. The camaraderie that organized sports brings whether its coaches, players or fans…even the equipment department is creating a buzz. At that moment, it hits me….summer is over. Maybe not according to the solstice calender, but by the ever important academic calender.  School supply lists, books, sports equipment…..all taking a toll on the household budget. That’s why Dominick’s Pizza has daily specials, keeping in mind, working parents and students, especially when dining or ordering out becomes a luxury. We thank all of you for your continued patronage as the summer comes to a close and the school year begins. Go WARRIORS!!!!
